🐾 PET POLICY
We welcome well-behaved dogs with a $150 pet fee per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs unless prior approval is given.
To protect the condo and ensure it remains clean and comfortable for future guests:
• Dogs must be crated whenever left unattended in the condo.
• Dogs may not be left unattended in a bedroom or bathroom.
• Guests must clean up pet waste immediately.
• Please bring waste bags and your dog's crate.
• Please protect upholstered furniture and bedding if your pet is allowed on furniture.
• Dogs should not be allowed directly on the provided sheets, quilts, or other linens. Please bring your own linens if you allow dogs on furniture or in the bed.
Proof of current rabies vaccination and vet-issued flea/tick prevention is required prior to arrival. Additional cleaning or replacement charges may apply for excessive pet hair, pet waste, damage, or soiled linens.
